The authors of Blacklisted: The Secret War Between Big Business and Union Activists will speak about how major construction firms ran a secret vetting system to deny jobs to thousands of workers deemed politically unacceptable.
Last month the Metropolitan Police finally admitted what we knew for years – that undercover police illegally supplied the blacklist with information on political activists.
Chamberlain and Smith laid out the shocking details in their book, and in this Mayday talk they will bring the story up to date and answer questions from the audience.

Crypto is the Opium of the People – @gouttegd is serving up high grade crypto – learn how to send and receive undecipherable, encrypted emails with GPG (laptops required for this workshop).
