An alliance of people spied on by Britain's political secret police
A preliminary hearing to determine who will be a core participant in the undercover policing Inquiry. Sir Christopher Pitchford will review all applications for core participation status that were received by the Inquiry by 4pm on 18 September 2015.
A sixth Preliminary Hearing is expected to consider whether and in what circumstances the Inquiry might confirm, either publicly or to family members, the names of deceased children whose identities are established to have been used by undercover officers. This hearing will take place in court 73 of the Royal Courts of Justice on 22 and 23 March 2016.
