Demo outside hearing for Marco Jacobs case

Although seven women deceived into intimate relationships with undercover police settled their case last November, and another one a year earlier, there are still several similar cases continuing.

The group of three activists in Cardiff that are taking legal action against the police for the deployment of Marco Jacobs in the South Wales Anarchist group achieved a significant victory last year when a preliminary hearing at the High Court got the police to effectively concede that Jacobs was an undercover officer.

That group are back at the Royal Courts of Justice for a Case Management Hearing on 7th June at 12pm.

There will be a demonstration outside an hour before.
