SUMMARY:Blacklisting: High Court Apology
DESCRIPTION:On Wednesday at 10:30am in the High Court\, lawyers for construction firms involved in blacklisting will be reading out their public apology. \nThere are two versions of the statement – one of them states that the claimants agree that the firms apology is sincere\, that the compensation is fair and reasonable and that those affected accept that this is the end of the matter. \nThe Blacklist Support Group do not agree with that statement – they were never consulted on it and never agreed to it. They do not want any lawyer standing up in court and saying that. BSG need to make their opinion very clear if that happens. \nThe only thing the blacklisters are sorry for is getting caught. \nThe financial settlements are not fair nor reasonable – they were forced onto many of the victims because of the Part 36 offers and the way the British legal system favours the rich & powerful. \nSo\, demonstration outside the High Court\, 9.15am. \nFacebook event \nShare this:FacebookTwitterTumblrEmailMoreLinkedInRedditPinterestPocketPrint
